You’ll need a valid government-issued ID and a credit card for the security deposit. Riders must be 16+ to ride solo.
While walk-ins are welcomed, we recommend calling in advance, to guarantee availability.
Depending on terrain and assist level, our bikes typically get 30–50 miles per charge. Perfect for a full day of Lost Sierra exploration.
Helmet (or use ours), water, sunscreen, and weather-appropriate clothing. Closed-toe shoes are recommended. And don’t forget your sense of adventure!
We’ll provide a map of e-bike-approved trails and routes in the Lost Sierra region. We ask that you stay on designated paths to protect local terrain and wildlife.
Helmets are included in every rental, and requried for riders under 18, while being strongly recommended for everyone.

Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance will receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
